Today I made waffles with a twist. I had leftover spiral-sliced ham, so I added small pieces to my waffles on the iron, along with some shredded cheddar. Note: You have to spray your waffle iron liberally with PAM after each waffle. The cheese gets kinda semi-burned crunchy, and surprisingly, with a drizzle of maple syrup…it tastes amazing!
Not difficult or time consuming…just differently delish!
Daisy sat staring at me the whole time, waiting for me to “throw a doggie-sista a taste!”
