Different Green Beans

Last week…I made some tiny little ricotta gnocchi….(they were surpisingly simple and quick to make)…I didn’t use all of them and froze some to use another time.  Along with my normal Sunday pasta dinner…I made some fresh green beans…(boiled them but still crunchy…) and sauteed them with shallots and mushrooms and BUTTER….a little salt and pepper…then cooked the gnocchi and threw them in with the buttered green beans.  It was so good…everyone loved them.  I would def make this again!
